We’ve got something pretty cool coming to the studio on Saturday 17 October!

We’ve partnered with weThreshold mobile Sauna & Cold Plunge to bring a sauna + ice bath experience to Pilates Plus Gisborne.

There will be two sessions ONLY…

8:45am and 9:45am, with only 8 spots available per session.

$70 per person.

Spots are very limited, so if you want to experience this, make sure you sign up straight away. Pop your name on the sign-up sheet in the studio or shoot me a message to secure your spot.

Sauna. Cold plunge.
