We have a new yoga class coming your way! We welcome our new class type 'Breathe, Strech + Meditate' with Bron at 6.30pm each Wednesday from the 18th June!
What is it?
Reconnect with your body and mind in this calming class that combines mindful breathing, gentle stretching, and guided meditation. Designed for all levels, this session helps release tension, increase flexibility and promotes mental clarity.
If you need to wind down and switch off at the end of your day this is the class for you! Be sure to book in a spot, it is live on the app now! Taking bookings for from the 18th June onwards!
