Doubles Pole Experience with Pole Prof & Ikarys Noir
Two people, one pole, zero doubles experience required. For one day
only, Orlando-based duo Ikarys Noir @ikarysnoir and Pole
Prof @pole_prof are bringing
their signature doubles magic to Strong Souls!
Grab your bestie or come solo and we'll pair you up! You'll learn
how to coordinate & communicate, build trust through creating
spins and partner shapes, and finish with a mini sequence you can
show off on camera. The instructors will walk & spot you
through every move. Modifications up may be provided for those who
are interested and if time allows, but this workshop is made for
beginners!
Tag your ride-or-die...this is one you don't want to miss.
Needed: Please wear shorts (please no leggings, sweats,
etc.).
Prerequisites: Some pole experience required (ex, 4 Week Intro to
Pole completion or 4-6 drop-in classes at Strong Souls). Guests
will primarily be on spin pole; comfortability with that required.
You don't have to have a partner to sign up, but obvs more fun if
you bring your bestie.
April and Cedric are Orlando-based performers with over 20 years of
experience between them. Known for their focus on technique and
safety, they'll ensure you're taking care of your body as well as
having an amazing time! You can find them teaching weekly and
thrilling crowds between Orlando and the Gulf Coast with their
doubles act.
