Limited Spots - 4 Week Intro to Pole Series (April/May)

Brand new to pole? Never touched one but lowkey curious if you could do it?
This is your sign to start your pole journey… and unlock your inner pole baddie

Our Intro Program is made just for first-timers and beginners. You’ll learn all the pole basics in a safe, supportive, beginner-friendly space—with a small group of fellow baddies-in-the-making

Over 4 weekly sessions (same day/time each week), you’ll:

1. Learn foundational pole moves like:
• Walks & pirouettes
• Spins (dip, fireman, chair, hook, & more)
• Fan kicks, body & leg waves
• Pole sits, scissor sits, Jasmine, and more!

2. Build confidence
3. Move your body in new ways
4. Celebrate your progress

At the end of the 4 weeks, you’ll graduate with your intro crew and receive a Pole Baddie certificate—because you earned it

‍Bonus: You can retake the program as many times as you want to keep refining your foundations and boosting your pole confidence.

‍No experience needed. No strength required. Just show up, and we’ll guide you through the rest.
(We are plus size friendly and an inclusive safe studio)

Sessions Available are..

Saturdays - 12:45 PM - April 18th, 25th, May 2nd, & May 9th

Thursdays - 6:30 PM - April 30th, May 7th, 14th, & 21st.
