We’re introducing a new internal sparring event designed to bridge the gap between Tech Spar and Conditional Tryouts— giving athletes a chance to experience controlled, full-contact sparring in a safe, supervised setting.

This is a location vs. location event (PoCo vs East Van), meant to help athletes build confidence, sharpen ring skills, and develop a competitive mindset while keeping the focus on learning and control.

What We’re Looking For:
Coachability – Applies feedback and drills consistently.
Consistency – Regularly attends Tech Spar and shows commitment.
Control – Maintains composure and respect during sparring.
Solid Fundamentals – Reliable technique and strong basics.
