Welcome to the Wellness Series for Our Pilates Community!

We're thrilled to launch a special Wellness Series designed to support your movement journey - on and off the mat.

This exclusive, four-part series brings together experts in nutrition, chiropractic care, women’s health, and psychology to help you feel your best from the inside out

Whether you’re deepening your Pilates practice or simply looking for holistic ways to support your health, this series is for you.

Each session is led by a specialist and tailored to complement your fitness goals with real-life tools and insights.

Series kicks off with a Nutrition Workshop on Saturday 18 October at 2:30pm

Learn how to fuel your body for energy, recovery, and strength with a qualified nutritionist!

Other sessions will include:

Chiropractic care for optimal alignment and movement

Women’s health and hormonal balance for exercise support

Mindset and motivation with a psychologist
