We understand emergencies happen, but for all non-emergency cancellations, please use the app to cancel your class.

If you call or email the front desk for a non-emergency cancellation, it will be treated as a late cancel and the penalty will apply.

We do keep track of how many times we extend “grace” for late cancels, and unfortunately this courtesy has been used more often than intended. To keep things fair for everyone, we’ll be enforcing the policy moving forward.
