💙 Guest Eligibility

Each guest must be new to Levelup Hot Yoga and have never attended a class at our studio before.

There is no limit on the number of different guests a member can invite, but each guest may enjoy one complimentary class.

Important: Using a different email address does not make someone a new guest. Our system recognizes previous visits. If your guest has attended Levelup before, the VIP Guest Exclusive Pass will not be available and they may be asked to pay for the class.

To ensure your guest's first experience is complimentary, please make sure they have never visited Levelup before.

📲 How to Book Your Guest

The VIP Guest Exclusive Pass is added during the class booking process — no separate invitation is required.

1. Book your class as usual:
Go to Book Service → Select the class your guest will attend.

2. Add your guest:
Under “Booking for,” click “Change” → “Enter Attendee Details.”

3. Enter your guest's:
First Name, Last Name & Email Address

Using your own email address means your guest will not receive their booking confirmation or class-related emails.

4. Click “Continue.”

5. Select the guest pass:
Under “Review & Confirm Your Booking,” choose “Browse Purchase Option” → “VIP Guest Exclusive Pass.”

If the pass is not available, your guest may have attended Levelup previously.

6. Click “Save” to complete the booking.
