Join fitness coach and yoga instructor Nik Ricciardi for this small-group strength series designed specifically for adults who want to build strength safely and effectively. Drawing on the body awareness and alignment principles you already know from yoga and Pilates, you'll learn proper strength-training techniques that help protect your joints, improve balance, increase mobility, and make everyday activities feel easier.

Strength training is one of the most effective ways to maintain muscle, support healthy bones, improve posture, boost energy, and enhance overall vitality as we age. Whether your goal is to keep up with grandchildren, travel with ease, or simply feel stronger in your own body, this series will give you the tools and confidence to do so.

Bonus: The first five participants to register will receive a personalized at-home strength program so you can continue building strength between classes and long after the series ends.
