We’ll begin by grounding the body and setting intention, then dive into a powerful Breath & Bass journey - guided breathwork set to Drum & Bass frequencies designed to energise, release, and expand. From there, you’ll soften into a Sound Bath with crystal bowls to integrate and restore, before closing with a Sharing Circle and the transformative Fire & Ice Spa experience, where heat and cold bring balance back to the body.
