Prenatal Yoga with Stacey Desousa Sundays from 1:00pm-2:30pm, October 18th to November 8th Book now! This class offers expectant mothers a nurturing space to discover how yoga can support them throughout pregnancy. Support your changing body with a prenatal yoga practice that goes beyond standard stretching. This specialized class combines gentle strength, joint relief, and targeted pelvic floor education. You'll learn how to coordinate your breath with your deep core ("hugging baby in") and master the pelvic floor release techniques essential for labor and postpartum recovery. Leave feeling lighter, stronger, and completely empowered for birth. Prenatal Yoga can be beneficial during all trimesters and stages of pregnancy. No previous yoga experience is required. As with any exercise during pregnancy, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before attending. After class, stay for a little connection and conversation with other moms-to-be and the teacher. Tea will be served.
