Join us for a cozy and heartwarming evening of connection, relaxation, and playful self-care. This special Yoga Spa Night is designed for girls ages 7–13 and a parent or guardian to unwind together in a peaceful, supportive space.
We’ll begin with gentle, restful yoga poses to help everyone slow down and settle in. From there, the spa magic begins — soothing hand and foot massages (guided and optional), simple natural face masks, and plenty of giggles along the way. The evening will conclude with a calming sound bath to help both children and adults melt into deep rest.
This experience is about more than pampering — it’s about nurturing self-love, building confidence, and strengthening the connection between girls and their trusted adults. In a world that often feels busy and loud, this is an opportunity to pause, soften, and simply be together.

Hot Stone Savasana is a deeply calming, restorative experience focused entirely on rest. During an extended savasana, warm basalt stones are gently placed on the body to encourage relaxation, release tension, and help the nervous system settle.
