Autumn Blood Drive | Friday, September 11 | 3:00 - 8:00 PM
Mark your calendar for our Autumn Blood Drive, Friday, September 11. Give blood Sip coffee Build community
Registration is now open! Whether you're a first-time donor or a returning hero, we’d love to see you. For more information and to schedule your appointment, please visit Vitalant at https://bit.ly/4bV2R8c
Every two seconds, someone in the United States needs blood. It could be a premature baby fighting for life in the ICU, a parent undergoing treatment for Stage 3 leukemia, or a trauma patient who’s just arrived in the emergency room. Donated blood is a lifesaver in countless medical situations, and your generous donation can make a truly extraordinary impact.
If you're feeling hesitant, especially about needles, you're not alone—but there's no need to worry. Most donors describe the sensation as a brief, mild pinch. The entire process is safe, quick, and carefully monitored by trained professionals. From start to finish, giving blood typically takes less than an hour, and afterward, you’ll leave not only with a snack but with the powerful knowledge that your single donation could help save up to three lives.
Be someone’s reason for hope—donate blood today.

Rooted in Intention | A Yoga + Nidra Practice | Friday, September 25 | 7:00 PM
What if the intentions you plant now could take root in the quiet of the season and guide you through the months ahead?
Autumn invites us to slow down, reflect, and release what is no longer needed. As the leaves fall and the energy of nature turns inward, we are offered a powerful opportunity to listen more deeply and reconnect with what truly matters. This 90-minute session is designed to align with that natural rhythm, supporting you in creating a sankalpa, a heartfelt intention that arises from your deepest truth.
Class Structure includes 20 minutes of guided reflection and creation of your personal sankalpa, 35 minutes of grounding, intention-centered asana practice, and 35 minutes of Yoga Nidra for integration and deep rest.
Come plant the seeds of intention, release what you are ready to let go of, and trust in what is unfolding.

Yin Yoga Foundations | Yin for the Spine | Saturday, August 29 | 10:30 AM
If you’ve ever tried a Yin class and thought, “Why are we in this position for so long?” or “I don’t get the purpose of this,” this session is for you.
This session has been designed to make Yin yoga feel approachable, supportive, and meaningful. Rather than simply moving through long-held poses, we’ll take time to explore the why behind the practice so you can feel more comfortable, confident, and connected in your body.
You’ll learn how Yin works on the body's deeper tissues, how to find your personal edge without strain, and how to use props and breath to support your experience. We’ll pause, check in, and adjust along the way, creating space for questions, curiosity, and understanding.
Yin for the Spine | Saturday 8/29 @ 10:30am

Ayurvedic Practices for Early Autumn | Tuesday, September 1 | 7:45PM
As the vibrant energy of summer begins to fade and the days grow shorter, nature reminds us that change is inevitable. Autumn is a season of transition—a time when cooler temperatures, increased wind, changing routines, and the return to busier schedules can leave us feeling scattered, anxious, depleted, or out of balance.
According to Ayurveda, the ancient science of health and longevity, this time of year is closely associated with Vata dosha, which is characterized by the qualities of dryness, lightness, movement, and change. When these qualities become excessive, we may experience symptoms such as anxiety, overwhelm, difficulty sleeping, dry skin, digestive irregularity, increased stress, or a feeling of being ungrounded.
Join us for an informative and practical workshop designed to help you navigate the seasonal transition with greater ease and awareness. Together, we will explore the foundational principles of Ayurveda and learn how to adapt our daily habits to support balance during the autumn months.

Sacred Circles | A Woman's Gathering | Tuesday, September 8 | 7:45 PM
Many women spend their days caring for others, solving problems, meeting deadlines, managing households, and carrying responsibilities that often go unseen. Yet few of us have spaces where we can simply show up, be ourselves, and be heard.
This Women's Circle is an opportunity to pause, step away from the demands of daily life, and gather in meaningful conversation with other women. It is not a class, a support group, or a networking event. Rather, it is a space for authentic connection, reflection, listening, and sharing.
Each gathering is centered around a thoughtful theme, question, or topic that invites personal reflection and conversation. You are welcome to share, listen, journal, or simply observe. Participation is always optional. What matters most is your presence.
Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more connected—to yourself, to others, and to the wisdom that emerges when women gather.

Through the Chakras | A Journey of Self-Discovery | Friday, August 28
The chakra system offers a powerful framework for understanding ourselves more fully. Each chakra represents a different aspect of our human experience, providing insight into our relationship with safety, creativity, confidence, love, communication, intuition, and connection.
In this special 90-minute experience, we will explore the seven primary chakras through a thoughtfully designed yoga practice, breathwork, meditation, and self-reflection. As we move through each energy center, participants will be invited to notice what feels balanced, what may feel depleted, and where there may be opportunities for growth, healing, or deeper awareness.
This practice is an invitation to become more curious about yourself and the many layers of your being—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. The chakra system serves as a map, helping us better understand our patterns, needs, strengths, and areas that may be calling for attention.
The experience will conclude with an extended guided chakra meditation and deep relaxation, allowing time to integrate the practice and reconnect with inner harmony.
