Ayurvedic Practices for Early Autumn | Tuesday, September 1 | 7:45PM
As the vibrant energy of summer begins to fade and the days grow shorter, nature reminds us that change is inevitable. Autumn is a season of transition—a time when cooler temperatures, increased wind, changing routines, and the return to busier schedules can leave us feeling scattered, anxious, depleted, or out of balance.
According to Ayurveda, the ancient science of health and longevity, this time of year is closely associated with Vata dosha, which is characterized by the qualities of dryness, lightness, movement, and change. When these qualities become excessive, we may experience symptoms such as anxiety, overwhelm, difficulty sleeping, dry skin, digestive irregularity, increased stress, or a feeling of being ungrounded.
Join us for an informative and practical workshop designed to help you navigate the seasonal transition with greater ease and awareness. Together, we will explore the foundational principles of Ayurveda and learn how to adapt our daily habits to support balance during the autumn months.

Sacred Circles | A Woman's Gathering | Tuesday, September 8 | 7:45 PM
Many women spend their days caring for others, solving problems, meeting deadlines, managing households, and carrying responsibilities that often go unseen. Yet few of us have spaces where we can simply show up, be ourselves, and be heard.
This Women's Circle is an opportunity to pause, step away from the demands of daily life, and gather in meaningful conversation with other women. It is not a class, a support group, or a networking event. Rather, it is a space for authentic connection, reflection, listening, and sharing.
Each gathering is centered around a thoughtful theme, question, or topic that invites personal reflection and conversation. You are welcome to share, listen, journal, or simply observe. Participation is always optional. What matters most is your presence.
Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more connected—to yourself, to others, and to the wisdom that emerges when women gather.

Astrology + Yoga with Vanessa | Tuesday, August 25
Virgo Season | Join us for a monthly Astrology + Yoga practice that blends astrology, movement, and mindful ritual to help you connect with the energy of each season.
The sun moves through Virgo season during the season of harvest, from August 23 to September 22nd. This mutable earth sign bridges the gap between summer and autumn. Symbolized by the young Maiden holding a staff of wheat, Virgo brings attention to health, preparation, and preservation. Discernment, details, and purification come to the forefront of our awareness so we can learn, adapt, and refine our purpose with love, patience, and care.

Through the Chakras | A Journey of Self-Discovery | Friday, August 28
The chakra system offers a powerful framework for understanding ourselves more fully. Each chakra represents a different aspect of our human experience, providing insight into our relationship with safety, creativity, confidence, love, communication, intuition, and connection.
In this special 90-minute experience, we will explore the seven primary chakras through a thoughtfully designed yoga practice, breathwork, meditation, and self-reflection. As we move through each energy center, participants will be invited to notice what feels balanced, what may feel depleted, and where there may be opportunities for growth, healing, or deeper awareness.
This practice is an invitation to become more curious about yourself and the many layers of your being—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. The chakra system serves as a map, helping us better understand our patterns, needs, strengths, and areas that may be calling for attention.
The experience will conclude with an extended guided chakra meditation and deep relaxation, allowing time to integrate the practice and reconnect with inner harmony.

Donated blood is a lifesaver in countless medical situations, and your generous donation can make a truly extraordinary impact.
If you're feeling hesitant, especially about needles, you're not alone—but there's no need to worry. Most donors describe the sensation as a brief, mild pinch. The entire process is safe, quick, and carefully monitored by trained professionals. From start to finish, giving blood typically takes less than an hour, and afterward, you’ll leave not only with a snack but with the powerful knowledge that your single donation could help save up to three lives.

Collective Healing | Sunday, August 23 | 7:30 AM
Yoga is a practice of both inner and outer transformation. Inclusivity, equity, and community are core to who we are, and this peaceful sit-in is an embodiment of those values.
Together, we will gather in stillness to cultivate Metta—loving-kindness—for ourselves, for those most impacted by injustice, and for all beings. As we sit, we hold space for healing, resistance, and collective liberation, aligning our inner work with the outer call for justice.
All are welcome; no prior meditation experience is needed. There is NO CHARGE for this event, but we invite you to bring a CASH DONATION if you feel called to do so.
Visit the special events tab in your account to RSVP.
