Radical Resilience Book Club | Tuesday, Jan. 13
Join us for a 90-minute gathering that blends gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and meaningful discussion inspired by Practicing Peace in Times of War by Pema Chödrön. Together, we’ll explore how to meet life’s challenges with compassion, mindfulness, and courage. Come comfy with your mat (or use a chair if you prefer) and settle in for a grounding, heart-opening experience. Your registration includes a copy of the book, available for pickup at the studio once you sign up. Reflection questions will be shared the week of the event. Please read the book beforehand.
