Fresh Air Reset: 10 Minutes to Recharge Outside
Monday, June 8 from 1:00 p.m. - 1:10 p.m.
Explore how light movement, breathing, or awareness outdoors can refresh both body and mind. Participants will learn simple outdoor practices that can be done in just 10 minutes.

Please note that booking a service does not guarantee you access to the Fitness Centre. You must be a current student to access all programs and services. Drop-in options are available when accompanied by a current student for the rock wall and squash only ($15 + tax). Fanshawe College staff members who are current members of the facility have access to all programs and services.
