Sign up Under "Workshops & Events" Lingering in that space between floorwork and low flow, this class will embrace a cozy, slow and sensual vibe inviting students to explore themselves, the floor and movement around the base of the pole. The sequence will include a slow unveiling from whatever layers one brings, down to whatever awaits underneath. All outfits are accepted. Cozy layers, socks and kneepads encouraged. Heels welcome.

Sign up Under "Workshops & Series" Join Jax for a class where you will explore playing on the edges of the heels. Class will focus on proper muscle engagement, use of momentum, weight transfers and points of contact with edgework. Focus on building out a sequence with heavy emphasis on developing personal style, fluidity and comfort in movement. Layers, heels 7 inches or above and minimum 6 month heel work recommended.
