Dive a bit deeper into edgework through pirouettes and stylistic glides. This class will focus on a variety of pirouettes utilizing edgework styling; heavy emphasis on necessary technique, muscle engagement and weight transfers to maintain fluidity and safety. This is not a choreography-based class; students will have opportunity for freestyle dance with an achor sequence to practice in class. Come and enjoy a class focused on moving fluidly around the base of the pole. Students will be invited into a sequenced base class focusing on building basework vocabulary, musicality and comfort. Students will feel into their own style of movement and be encouragement to connect more deeply with themselves. Layers and knee pads highly recommended. Heels will be utilized as an option for students.

This event is ONLY open to polers, so please refrain from bringing along any spectators. Attendees must be 18+. Join us for a relaxed, community-centered evening of movement and mutual exchange! This event combines an open pole jam with a casual clothing swap for anyone looking to refresh their pole wardrobe. How It Works Pole Jam: Flow freely, practice tricks, or vibe with the community in an open-studio format. Clothing Swap: Bring gently used pole wear and accessories to swap with others. Bringing items is encouraged but not required. Guests who bring swap items will receive first access to the swap area before general browsing opens. Leftovers: You may take home any of your un-swapped items. Any intentionally donated leftovers will be given to local clothing donation sites. Admission is only $10 (non-refundable) - excited to see you there!
