• Autumn is is a beautiful season, both externally and internally, and offers opportunities to grow and expand in our own quests for wisdom AND BALANCE. IT is a time to honor the harvest--the fruits of our labors that we dreamt into existence last winter, planted in spring, and nourished all summer. It CAN BE a powerful time of transformation AS WE FEEL THE URGE TO SHED old patterns and beliefs THAT NO LONGER SERVE US. It is a time of letting OF WHAT CONTINUES TO WEIGH US DOWN SO WE CAN BETTER EMBRACE authentic personal freedom.

• Come join us as we explore tools, tips, and techniques for aligning with the energy of this special season. 

• We will also explore ceremony, intention setting, and sound bath meditation as part of our alignment practice.
