Women’s Small Group Strength Training is designed to help build lean muscle, support bone health, improve mobility, improve cardiovascular fitness, and help you feel strong, capable, and confident in daily life.
Each workout is thoughtfully coached in a supportive boutique studio setting, using a variety of equipment, functional movement patterns, and cardio intervals to keep sessions fresh, effective, and challenging.
No two workouts are exactly the same, but the goal stays consistent: train smart, stay strong, improve endurance, and build a rhythm you can maintain.
This membership is for the 5:30 AM women’s only strength group. We also understand that life happens. If you cannot make your regular training time occasionally, flexibility and make-up options may be available based on space and scheduling.
