Steve White and Rachel Leonard combine their knowledge and talent for shooting in a new series that teaches how to hit effective and quick jumpers while building range and distance for the three point shot. This program will entail building jumpers off offensive moves and counter moves. Building hesitations in your moves to help you get your shot off quicker and every session will have dedicated time to building an effective three point shot.
This is part of our new Friday morning programming for High School and College players. This program also compliments Matt Jones and Terry Nowden's Strength and Finishes work.
