

Hoop&Motivate and HoopsStrength are excited to collaborate on a series of group workouts for 7th-12th grade boys and girls. This will be a combined effort which will include skill development and performance fitness.
All sessions must be booked on the HoopsStrength App. There are no walk-ins for this event.

Learn how to finish at the basket, create your own shot, and get more consistency with veteran basketball trainer Katie Decker! Katie is a master at communication and will teach the players in this group through repetitions and decision making drills.

If you are looking to learn how to score off the dribble, or want to improve your decision making skills with the ball in your hand, veteran HoopsStrength trainer Steve White is one of the best around at teaching these skills. A former professional player, and current college and varsity basketball coach, Steve will create more skill, creativity and confidence for the players attending these sessions!
