Come and join us for a fun Pop-up pilates class hosted by 'Oh Baby' boutique baby and mother clothing store in St Pete!

This class is suitable for all levels including expecting mothers throughout pregnancy and for new mothers from 6 weeks postpartum (Pre-Crawling babies welcome!)

Classes focus on deep core and pelvic floor strength, mobilising of stiff/tight joints and muscles, postural awareness, stretching tight muscles and strengthening of the core, lower and upper body in a fun and welcoming environment suitable for all levels of fitness and pilates experience. 

Modifications are provided for injuries or movement restrictions
