Small group Prenatal/Postnatal Pilates Mat class (max 10 ppl) using small props including weights, therabands, Pilates Circle, small soft ball and booty bands.
This modified pilates class is suitable for expecting mothers throughout pregnancy and for new mothers from 6 weeks postpartum. Modified pilates will help manage and prevent common pregnancy related aches and pains, preparing the body for birth and the physical demands of caring for a new baby.
Classes focus on deep core and pelvic floor strength, mobilising of stiff/tight joints and muscles, postural awareness, stretching tight muscles and strengthening of the core, lower and upper body in a fun and welcoming environment suitable for all levels of fitness and pilates experience.

Every 6 Weeks join us for Pilates and Pages Book Club!
Enjoy an express 30 min Pilates class followed by 1 hour book club with light refreshments, including wine and non-alcoholic beverages as well as charcuterie and snacks.
The class is suitable for all levels. Please inform Clare before the class if you require and exercise modifications for injuries or movement restrictions.
Please bring some water. All equipment is provided, however, you are welcome to bring your own mat if you require additional mat cushioning!
