Mini Dragons Class at Dragon's Den Martial Arts, Budd Lake, NJ. Join us for an action packed class designed just for our littlest warriors!! They will explore the world of martial arts through fun, age appropriate activities that build stregth, balance, focus and confidence!

They'll kick, punch and move their bodies while also learning important life skills like respect. self control and teamwork; all in a supportive, high energy environement. Perfect for beginners, this class is all about having fun while buidling a strong foundation! 

Husbands or grandparents are welcome to come too!

Time: 10:00-11:30am

Location: Dragon's Den Martial Arts, Budd Lake, NJ

Duration: Class is 45 minutes but stay for open play & to connect with local families!

Ages: 6M up to 4Yrs Old
