Get ready to move, groove, and giggle with your little one with our instructor Meagan from Bloom & Strength at Nitroflex Gym in Chester, NJ.This fun, music-filled movement class will have your toddler bees jumping, dancing, balancing, and stretching through playful activities designed to build coordination, confidence, and body awareness!! Mamas are welcome to join in as we explore movement through songs, imagination, and lots of energy!

Join us for our Mama Needs Coffee: Spill the Beans meet-up at Roosters, a cozy morning made just for mamas to connect, sip coffee, and feel a little less alone!
Weāll have a question jar filled with fun icebreakers, real-life mama questions, and open prompts to help us get to know one another. Mamas are encouraged to add their own questions too, whether itās about babies, toddlers, motherhood, or just life. Weāll take turns reading a question and sharing if we feel comfortable, no pressure at all.
This is a judgment-free, come-as-you-are space where we listen, support, laugh, and remind each other that weāre all figuring this out together. Because sometimes all you really need is coffeeā¦ and your mama hive! šš
