Join Carrie Schaefer and Stef Bourke under the light of the full moon to celebrate the opening of our new studio space with an evening devoted to the heart .

 

We’ll begin in circle with a sacred cacao ceremony to invite openness and presence, followed by four heart-centered restorative yoga poses accompanied by the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls.

 

The practice will close with a heartfelt guided meditation to nurture deep rest, connection, and renewal.
