Come Home to Your Body
A New Moon in Taurus gathering for safety, stillness, and planting
what's real
Saturday, May 16 · New Moon Circle 6 pm - 8 pm -
$45
The New Moon in Taurus asks if we can slow down and find safety and
comfort in our bodies. It demands steadiness and stability in the
present moment.
Not later, when everything is figured out. Not once the anxiety
settles or the money comes in or the relationship feels solid.
Right now — in this body, on this earth, in this moment.
Taurus is the part of us that longs for groundedness. For presence.
For the quiet satisfaction of feeling at home in our own skin. This
new moon is an invitation to stop waiting for safety to arrive from
the outside, and instead to discover that it lives inside you — in
the warmth of your own hands, in the weight of your body, in the
earth beneath your feet.
This is a somatic circle — meaning we work through the body, not
just the mind. You don't need any experience with this kind of
work. You just need to show up.
What we'll do together:
— Gentle somatic movement to shake loose what we've been carrying
and arrive fully in the body
— A guided visualization journey into the body as earth — rooted,
wise, and already whole
— Oracle card pulls to receive a message for your new moon
intention
— Journaling to plant your seeds in writing and make your
intentions real
— Quiet space for sharing and witnessing in circle
— A closing ritual to seal what you're growing
This circle is designed both for beginners and those returning to
the body after time away. No prior experience needed — only a
willingness to slow down and listen inward. All bodies, all
backgrounds, all welcome.
Did you know flowers possess healing intelligence? Within the broad spectrum of plant medicine, flowers occupy a special niche: the emotional body. Similar to homeopathy, these dilute essences of flowers work at the energetic level, with each flower having signature qualities that help align patterns of imbalance. Join Barbara Blackwell to learn more about these gifts from nature. Gathering will begin with a walk at Meetinghouse Farm (weather permitting) to connect with nature and meet some flowers.
