This class will combine strength training with pelvic floor awareness. The goal is to promote improved understanding of how to strengthen the body as a whole and prevent pelvic floor dysfunction, such as bladder leakage and pelvic organ prolapse. The class is created for women with an existing understanding of basic strength training to improve their overall performance and deep core strength.
