This workshop is an immersive experience designed to unlock creativity, sensuality, emotional, and spiritual (energy, Chi, Prana, source) flow. Through integrative somatic yoga dance movements, meditation, guided journaling, and art making. You will experience increased creativity, emotional release, physical release, spiritual balance, and take-home tools to incorporate into your own healing and creative practice.

Instructor & Guide: Mellissa Morris is a 500+ hour certified Hatha Yoga Instructor, Master Reiki Practitioner, Certified Chakra and Meditation Instructor, Certified Shake Your Soul Yoga of Dance Instructor, and holds a Master of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing. Mellissa has been teaching holistic art and yoga-infused classes and workshops throughout Cape Cod and New England for over 15 years. She is a professional Artist with a Studio Gallery Space at 2331 Meeting House Way, West Barnstable.
