 Join us for an hour-long, trauma-aware guided breathwork experience, designed to help you reconnect with yourself, explore the somatic roots of your emotions, and gently release what no longer serves you.

In this safe, supportive community space, you’ll be guided through intentional breathing techniques that help unlock deeply held feelings, regulate your nervous system, and create space for clarity, ease, and physical relief. You’ll take with you simple breath-based tools to support emotional processing, body awareness, and resilience in your everyday life.

Whether you’re seeking emotional release, personal insight, or simply a safe space to breathe and be, we invite you to show up exactly as you are — and return as often as you need, discovering new layers of release, insight, and connection each time you come back to your breath.

Rebalance your spirit in community

Celebrate the beauty of the Autumn Equinox with a two-hour mini retreat designed to connect you with community, deepen presence with your inner self, and guide you gently into the new season. Together, we will honor this sacred turning point ~ a time of balance between light and dark, holding and releasing, harvesting and planting. Guided by three of our gifted practitioners, you’ll experience:

• Breathwork for Balance & Release: release what no longer serves and restore your inner flow

• Immersive Sound Healing Journey: a resonant sound bath with singing bowls, chimes, and instruments that calm and align

• Mindfulness Meditation & Reflection: guided practice to cultivate inner presence and clarity

Held in a serene outdoor setting under the trees at The Fox Den Wellness on the Cross Gables Estate, and limited to 20 participants to ensure a personal and restorative experience. If weather is inclement we will hold the retreat indoors at the same location.

We’ll have light refreshments and community connection in both our opening and closing circles.
