Join sound healer, Michael McCullough in this immersive 60
minute sound journey. We begin with a short guided meditation
session followed by a heart-centered multi-instrument journey into
sound and vibration. Michael uses crystal singing bowls, Tibetan
singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, chimes, rattles and
other instruments to invite a relaxation response and bring you to
a more calm and peaceful state. These sounds and vibrations will
help to shift your brain waves from an active beta state to a
relaxed alpha state, and then further into a deeper relaxed theta
state. Body, mind and spirit enter into complete relaxation so that
the whole self may open to healing, and find restoration. You will
leave the session feeling calmer, balanced and more grounded. Come
experience the amazing healing power of sound and vibration!
To maintain the intended atmosphere and focus on wellness, we

to have events in the future that are suitable for families with
younger children.
Grief and loss come in all forms throughout our lives. Finding a community that understands the depth of this grief and with whom you can share the burden can go a long way in healing a heart. Even better when mindful practice can be incorporated. Join us for a 6-week Healing Grief Through Mindful Knitting group for people who are grieving a loss of any sort.
The evening group gathering begins March 12th and meets every other week (3/12, 3/26, 4/9, 4/23, 5/7, 5/21), 6:15-7:15 PM. It is an opportunity to find healing for grief using knitting and crocheting as a tool for mindfulness and support, and to sit in community with others who are also experiencing loss. People with any level of knitting experience are welcome, and basic knitting/crocheting instruction will be available to novices. Group discussions are held in the strictest of confidence. Due to space constraints our group limit is 10 people.
