12:00–2:00 PM | Lunch & Nature Connection

2:00–5:00 PM | Three-Hour Sound Journey

Cha Dao – The Way of Tea
Rooted in an ancient Chinese lineage, Cha Dao (“The Way of Tea”) has been practiced for centuries by Taoists and sages as a form of medicine and a tool for cultivating deep states of meditation. Tea, a sacred plant teacher, embodies the spirit of nature. Awakened by hot water, it becomes a harmonious dance of the elements—a sensory exploration of presence and connection.

When approached with intention and mindfulness, tea inspires reverence, deepening our bond with nature, self, and community. It is a daily divine connection, a vortex of stillness amidst the noise of life.
