Tea Ceremony & Sound Healing Journey
Join me for a serene Tea Ceremony where we’ll savor a few bowls of tea in silence, connecting with the spirit of tea to open our hearts and access our inner stillness. Following this sacred ritual, we’ll immerse ourselves in a transformative Sound Healing Journey, cultivating health, balance, and harmony.
Cha Dao – The Way of Tea
Rooted in an ancient Chinese lineage, Cha Dao (“The Way of Tea”)
has been practiced for centuries by Taoists and sages as a form of
medicine and a tool for cultivating deep states of meditation. Tea,
a sacred plant teacher, embodies the spirit of nature. Awakened by
hot water, it becomes a harmonious dance of the elements—a sensory
exploration of presence and connection.
When approached with intention and mindfulness, tea inspires reverence, deepening our bond with nature, self, and community. It is a daily divine connection, a vortex of stillness amidst the noise of life.
The Experience
- Silent Tea Ceremony: A meditative practice to awaken the senses and connect to the spirit of tea.
- Sound Healing Journey: Let the soothing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments guide you to a magical place within—a space of quiet, clarity, and wholeness.
Tea and sound both lead us to the same quiet sanctuary within—a place where we discover our true essence and the interconnected beauty of life.
Come and experience the magic of stillness, connection, and harmony.
Morning Tea Ceremony – 7 AM
Begin your day in stillness. Join me at 7 AM for a silent Tea
Ceremony, where we share bowls of tea in reverence and presence.
Rooted in the ancient Way of Tea, Cha Dao, this practice is a meditation—a chance to
awaken gently, open the heart, and connect with nature and self
before the day begins.
Let tea set the tone for your day—calm, clear, and open-hearted.

As we transition from the introspective energy of the Snake into the dynamic current of the Fire Horse, this Lunar New Year Sound Bath offers a grounded space to reset and realign. Through guided breathwork, reflective journaling, and an immersive sound experience, the nervous system is supported in releasing stored tension while the mind softens and the heart clears. This gathering is designed to help you integrate the lessons of the past cycle and step forward feeling centered, regulated, and connected to your inner direction — so momentum arises from balance, not pressure.
