Games will be shuffle format, meaning that each session the teams will change. As the league progresses each week, our staff should be able to create evenly matched teams.

Month-long enrollment for 7th-12th grade volleyball players looking to jump higher and gain functional strength on the court! All session are one hour long. There is no volleyball skills training during this workout.
5th-8th Grade. This is a basketball fundamentals group training for players looking to learn basic skills, or to tune up on the most important aspects of basketball. Groups will be split into two or three age appropriate groups depending on the age and skill level of the group!
