Beginner 2 level description:
A great course for those who have completed Beginner 1 course or similar. Here is a summary of what students will learn by the end of the Beginner 2 level:
COMMUNICATION: Students will learn how to order and pay at a café or bar, offer something to someone, ask for the bill, and talk about breakfast habits and preferences. They will also learn to ask and tell the time, talk about daily life and routines, refer to events in chronological order, express preferences, and describe activities during the week or in their free time.
GRAMMAR: Regular verbs of the second and third conjugations (-ere, -ire); agreement between nouns and adjectives (plural forms); plural nouns and plural definite articles; the irregular verb bere; reflexive verbs; the verb piacere + infinitive; verbs such as giocare and uscire; indirect object pronouns (mi, ti, gli…); prepositions a and da with articles; expressions of time; and the interrogative chi.

Beginner 1 level description:
A great course f or those who have never had any Italian or those who would like to start their studies over from scratch. Here is a summary of what students will learn by the end of the Beginner 1 level:
COMMUNICATION: Students will be able learn how to greet other people, talk about nationalities, the alphabet, the numbers 0-20, and ask for personal information.
GRAMMAR: The pronouns, basic verbs in present tense, singula and plural forms, the definite articles, the coordination of noun and adjective, the interrogative forms to ask questions.

ITALIAN BEGINNER 3. The THIRD segment of the comprehensive Beginner level five-course series designed for Italian beginners.

Beginner 3 level description:
A great course for those who have completed Beginner 2 course or similar. Here is a summary of what students will learn by the end of the Beginner 3 level:
COMMUNICATION: Students will learn how to make plans with others, ask for and give directions, reserve a table at a restaurant, read a menu, order food, ask for the bill, and express their preferences about food. They will also learn to talk about past activities and events, describe experiences such as work events or parties, and refer to events in chronological order
GRAMMAR: The verbs sapere and potere; the verb piacere + noun; interrogative and declarative sentences; the passato prossimo with the auxiliaries essere and avere; connectors such as allora, prima, and poi; time expressions such as ieri, la settimana scorsa, il mese, and la data; and interrogatives such as quando, chi, and con chi.
