strength. Meets on the same day and time of each week.
Immerse in the full Inversion experience with other
first-timer inversionettes.
Specifically for newbies to pole with zero experience. Receive
specialized classes paced just for you.
Attire: shorts, regular non-grip socks. Prior
to class, do not apply lotions, and remove rings and
bracelets.
Offered to new clients. Limit 1 Intro to Pole series per
person.
