This spring, we invite you to Nourish & Flourish a transformational 28-day gut health experience designed to support digestion, energy, vitality, and connection from the inside out.
Rather than a quick fix, this is a journey one that blends expert guidance, movement, nourishing habits, and community support so that you can step into the warmer months feeling lighter, clearer, and thriving
What’s Involved?
- Attend a minimum of 3 classes per week for 4 weeks (that’s just 12 classes total) bonus entries for our prize pack for every extra class attended
- Join our special community social walk & coffee and in-studio workshop ‘Nourish Your Gut’ designed to help support you increase your vitality and improve your overall health from the inside out.
- Tick off your Bingo Card with small, nourishing actions to keep your health on track during Spring
- Keep motivated with accountability, inspiration and support from our team
- Ebook and journal prompts
- Goal setting session to help keep you on track

Why Join Nourish & Flourish?

How It Works:
- Sign up at the studio with our friendly staff or book via the website or app
- Bingo Card will be hung ready for the challenge date and challenge welcome pack will be emailed on the first day of the challenge.
- Complete a minimum of 3 classes per week
- Attend at least one or both of special events our community walk + Nourish Your Gut wellness workshop & tick 10 items off your challenge bingo card
- Finish your completed card by 23rd November to claim your summer cap and go in the draw for our major prize pack!

Morning Light Community Walk – Pt Cartwright headland
Join us for a beautiful morning stroll around the Pt Cartwright Headland as part of our 28 Day Gut Health Challenge.
This gentle coastal walk is the perfect way to move your body, connect with others, and soak in the fresh sea air together.
After our walk, we’ll head over for an optional coffee and catch-up at One at La Balsa Café the perfect spot to unwind, chat, and connect with other likeminded humans!
Kids and

Furry friends encouraged (on lead please!)
We can’t wait to share this morning of movement, community, and sunshine with you.

Join us for an inspiring and educational Gut Health Masterclass as part of our 28 Day Gut Health Challenge with Courtney Clark – Naturopath & Nutritionist
Courtney will guide you through the foundations of gut health exploring how your digestion, microbiome, and nervous system all work together to support energy, mood, and overall wellbeing.
You’ll walk away with practical
tools and insights to help you:
Improve digestion and reduce bloating
Support your immune system and skin health
Rebalance your gut through nutrition and lifestyle
There will also be time for a Q&A session, giving you the chance to ask Courtney your own gut health questions.
This session is part of our 28-Day Gut Health Challenge and is included in your enrollment of the challenge.
