Winter Wellness 28 Day Program - Starts Monday, 9 June 2025

This winter, let’s rise above the cold and show up for what really matters — our health, consistency, and community.

Join us for our brand-new 28-Day Winter Wellness Challenge — a motivating mix of movement, connection, and warmth to keep your energy high all winter long.

What’s Involved?

What you'll Receive:

  • Morning Light Studio winter jumper when you complete the challenge of 12 classes over 28 days plus fill in your bingo card
  • Entry into the draw for a major winter prize pack (valued at $500)
  • A deeper connection with your body, your breath, and our beautiful studio community

When does it start? - Monday 9 June – Sunday 6 July 2025.

 

Why Join Our 28 Winter Wellness Program?

Winter can pull us inward and sometimes, off track. This challenge is about choosing to stay connected: to your routine, to your goals, and to a community that supports you. Whether you’re here for strength, stillness, or sweat, we’ll help you show up — one class at a time.

How does it work?

  • Sign up at the studio or via the Morning Light or book via the website or app
  • Winter Bingo Card will be hung ready for the challenge date and challenge welcome pack will be emailed on the first day of the challenge.
  • Complete a minimum of 3 classes per week
  • Attend at least one or both of special events our community hike + Lymph Lover wellness workshop
  • Finish your completed card by 6 July to claim your jumper and go in the draw for our major prize pack!

On our any 2 a week membership? Upgrade your membership for the 28 Day Program for $40 (please email us hello@mlstudio.com.au so we can help facilitate this for you or speak to us at the studio)

Lymph Lover Workshop with Jacinta from Hanna Flow - Part of our 28-Day Winter Wellness Challenge

Your lymphatic system is your body’s silent guardian—supporting immunity, detoxification, and vitality. When this powerful network flows freely, we feel clearer, lighter, and more energised.

In this deeply restorative and educational workshop, Jacinta from Hanna Flow will guide you through the essential role the lymphatic system plays in maintaining overall health and resilience—especially during the winter months, when stagnation and sluggishness can easily set in.

You’ll learn simple, practical tools to support your lymphatic health at home, including breathwork, movement, dry brushing, and self-massage, and leave feeling empowered to care for your body in a whole new way.

Expect a blend of gentle education and soul-soothing practice to help you release, renew, and reawaken your natural vitality.

This workshop is designed to be accessible, enriching, and incredibly nourishing.

Morning Light Community Hike – Mt Ninderry

As part of our 28-Day Winter Wellness Challenge, we invite you to step away from the noise and reconnect with nature, community, and yourself.

Join us for a heart-opening community hike up Mt Ninderry, a beautiful local trail that offers sweeping views and a gentle yet invigorating climb. Bring your family, friends, and furry companions—this is an inclusive event where all are welcome.

At the summit, we’ll pause together for a moment of stillness: a short mindfulness and breathwork practice to ground, restore, and remind us of the power of presence.

This experience is about more than movement it’s about connection. With each step, breathe in fresh winter air, feel the strength of community beside you, and let the land hold you as we rise together.

The climb to the top of Mount Ninderry is a pleasant 1.4km walk on a stepped track, taking approximately 30 to 40 minutes for most people to reach the summit. However, if you're taking the kids with you, it's best to allow up to 60 minutes.
