Zenthai Shiatsu Temple Night
with Live Handpan Sound Journey by Hand Panda
A restorative evening designed to nurture your body, soothe your nervous system and reconnect you with inner stillness, with a touch of education to deepen your experience.
Zenthai Shiatsu is a holistic, intention based bodywork modality that blends the therapeutic philosophies of Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage and Osteopathy. Rooted in Eastern medicine and the movement of Qi (life force), Zenthai works with meridians, acupressure points, breath and gentle movement to restore balance physically, emotionally and energetically.
During this session, you will
not only receive, but also learn a little about the principles
behind the practice including:
• How Zenthai supports mobility, digestion and the nervous
system
• The role of meridian pathways in physical and emotional
health
• Why mindful touch, breath and movement help the body return to
harmony
As your body softens, you will be cocooned in the live handpan soundscape of Hand Panda, whose music is intentionally crafted to support nervous system regulation and guide you into a deeper state of relaxation. The resonance of the handpan harmonises beautifully with the flowing and meditative nature of Zenthai, enhancing the sensory and healing experience.
