Join Advanced Biofield Tuning Practitioner April Linson, for a transformative afternoon of energetic recalibration and embodied presence as we gather in sacred circle for a summer Biofield Tuning & Breathwork Immersion.
This 2-hour group experience is designed to gently clear energetic blocks, restore inner harmony, and deepen your connection to the subtle messages within.
Together, we’ll move through:
A guided breathwork
journey to regulate the nervous system and open the body
to receive
Chi activation and gentle
movement to awaken your energetic flow
A full group biofield
tuning session to rebalance your energy field, release
dissonance, and restore clarity
A seasonal theme of Deep
Listening, inviting you to drop into the stillness within
and attune to your inner guidance this summer
This is a space to return to your center, reset your frequency, and reawaken your intuitive flow. Participants are welcome to bring a Sonic Slider tuning fork for added personal support during the session, though it’s not required to fully benefit from the experience.

This donation based class will shine light on a delicate subject by moving positive energy collectively and individually to those who have experienced, or are
struggling with any version of domestic violence.
Dana will lead us into a gentle meditative yoga flow that will lift our hearts and
the hearts of others who need it most!
We are also blessed to have a representative from JBWS join us, to share information as well as discuss ways to bring support and awareness around this very important cause.

Living in Purpose: Mission Statement Workshop
Join us for a workshop journey designed to walk you through formulating your purpose statement. You will be walked step-by-step through a reflection process by a Chopra Certified Coach. During the workshop, you will be provided a structured worksheet and guided with reflective questions as you move through the worksheet. Ample time will be given to you as we make it through each section. During the reflection process, you may find yourself smiling, laughing a bit to yourself and maybe even tearing up a bit with gratitude. Before you know it, your purpose statement will be brought to light.
Your purpose statement could be about your life in general, or about any part of your life you would like to spend some time reflecting on. It could be about your family life, your work life, your wellness journey or any part of your life you choose to spend some time with during the journey. It is your time to explore you.
As the workshop comes to a close, we will brainstorm ways for your purpose statement to come more to life in your life.
Paula is a Chopra Certified Coach, who came into a coaching mindset while navigating a transition in her family that impacted her well-being. Paula has been a business owner and an attorney for several decades. She has seen firsthand how the inner work of exploring purpose, presence, connection and continuing towards a mindset of awareness, supports vitality and an ability to live a life aligned with one’s vision. Paula speaks at national conferences and on other platforms regarding several topics, including wellness. She is grateful for opportunities to hold space with others and aims to act as an instrument to serve others in bringing them closer to themselves and their life’s vision.
