 Join us for a restorative session designed to help you navigate the stress of the winter holidays with greater ease and awareness. Together, we’ll explore the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to understand how to work with the grounding, reflective energy of winter rather than against it.
During this session, we’ll explore gentle detox techniques to help you regain balance after holiday indulgences—especially if you’ve enjoyed a few too many sweets. You’ll learn simple ways to stimulate digestion, restore energy, and build warmth from within through mindful food choices, herbal support, and self-care rituals.
We’ll also practice breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and cultivate steadiness amidst the busyness of the season. Most importantly, you’ll be invited to slow down and give yourself permission to pause and honor rest, reflection, and gratitude as essential forms of nourishment.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, centered, and equipped with practical Ayurvedic tools to carry a sense of harmony and vitality through the colder months.

Together, we will gather in quiet reflection to cultivate Metta, or loving-kindness, through the lens of gratitude. As we sit in stillness, we will open our hearts to appreciation—for our own bodies and breath, for the people and places that shape our lives, and for the wider web of beings that sustain us all.
By pausing together in this way, we practice authentic gratitude—not as something we perform, but as something we embody. Our presence becomes the offering.
