This four-week series will incorporate community building, mindful movements, breath work, and relaxation techniques to help prepare your body for the demands of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. You will learn to bring awareness to your mind and body, strengthening the connection to your baby.
Poses will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, exercise the spine, and help create comfort in your changing body. Meet and connect with other expectant yogis in this safe, open community. This class is open to those in all stages of pregnancy- from fertility exploration to postnatal- and experience levels.
