on flowy movement and finding what feels good in our bodies. Each
workshop will cover a short choreographed routine on either spin or
static pole. Wear clothing you can move in, and whatever makes you
feel most comfortable! Sexy attire and heels are welcome. 19+

If you've never done a pole class before, we recommend taking Intro
to Pole or Dusty's Beg-Int Trans Pole Lab first!
