These specialized Yin Yoga sessions help increase flexibility, enhance recovery, strengthen the mind-body connection and improve training efforts. Through long-held, passive postures, we target the fascia, joints, and connective tissues, areas often tight and overworked from training or repetitive movement. By slowing down and tuning in, we learn to release tension, restore balance to the body, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system for healthier recovery.
 
These sessions integrate mindful breathing and mental focus techniques to sharpen concentration and cultivate resilience, thereby enhancing both physical and psychological training efforts.
 
In this series you will:
  • Increase flexibility to improve movement efficiency and power output
  • Expand the joint range of motion for better technique and form in training
  • Accelerate recovery time with targeted fascia release and joint decompression
  • Boost your mental focus to stay dialled in during training and competition
