Through mindful reflection, intention setting, and hands-on crafting, you'll design a personalized vision board that represents your goals in areas like career, health, relationships, travel, personal growth, and more. No artistic experience necessary—just bring your open mind and willingness to dream big.

4 session series dedicated to a moving meditation that will allow you to let your body relax, your mind clear, and your chi flow better.
Combining various Qi Gong and Tai Chi practices we will cater the class to all attending. Appropriate for all levels of fitness, this session is open to anyone needing a “reset” and/or anyone curious to see what QiGong and Tai Chi can do for them.
