Learn to Paddle: 3-Week Stand-Up Paddleboard Series

Ready to get on the water and try something new? Our Learn to Paddle: 3-Week SUP Series is the perfect introduction to stand-up paddleboarding! Whether you're brand new or have tried it a couple of times, this progressive series will build your confidence, technique, and comfort on the board.

Over three weekly sessions, you’ll learn essential paddling skills, water safety, proper stance and balance, turning techniques, and how to handle different water conditions — all in a fun and supportive environment. Each class builds on the last, giving you plenty of time to practice and improve.

What’s included:

  • Expert instruction from Wendy

  • All necessary equipment (board, paddle, life jacket)

  • Small group sizes for personalized attention

Who it’s for:
Beginners or early-stage paddlers, ages 16+, with basic swimming ability.

What to bring:
Swimwear or quick-dry clothes, water shoes, towel, water bottle, and sunscreen.

All equipment provided | BYOBoard is optional

Your day begins with a stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) session, where you'll glide across calm waters, soaking in the tranquility of nature while learning or refining your paddling technique. After a break and warmed up and connected to the rhythm of the water, you'll transition into a SUP yoga class, balancing body and breath in a playful, floating yoga flow designed for all levels.

After time on the water, you'll return to land for a grounding yoga session, focusing on stretching, breathwork, and mindfulness to deepen your connection with yourself and your surroundings.

Throughout the day, you'll enjoy healthy snacks and a nourishing lunch, prepared to fuel your body and enhance your experience (snacks + lunch provided)
