Getting Unstuck: Finding a Way Forward Through
Yoga
Realign your body. Rewrite your story.
“Often deep, binding beliefs about ourselves and others are held in the littlest stories of our lives.” – Rachel Krentzman, author of As Is: A Memoir on Healing the Past Through Yoga
Join Rachel for a transformative two-day workshop inspired by her new memoir. Through therapeutic yoga, mindful alignment, and guided self-inquiry, you’ll explore how unconscious patterns—both physical and emotional—keep you stuck in pain, poor posture, and limiting beliefs. Learn to unwind long-held tension from the inside out, discover your body’s optimal alignment, and open space for a new story to emerge—one rooted in presence, purpose, and freedom.
