Nourish Your Nervous System-June 14th at 12pm
Nourish Your Nervous System is a calming and educational wellness workshop designed to help you better understand the connection between stress, hormones, digestion, blood sugar, and nervous system regulation in a supportive and approachable way. This experience was created for women who may be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, burnt out, or disconnected from their bodies and are looking for gentle, sustainable ways to feel more balanced and supported. Throughout the workshop, we’ll explore how chronic stress can impact the body — contributing to symptoms like fatigue, cravings, digestive discomfort, anxiety, mood shifts, and energy crashes — and how nourishment, mindful practices, and nervous system support can play an important role in healing and resilience. Rather than focusing on restriction or “diet culture,” this workshop emphasizes nourishment, self-awareness, and simple lifestyle practices that support overall well-being. Guests will leave with practical tools, calming techniques, and realistic strategies they can begin incorporating into daily life to feel more grounded, energized, and connected.
