ROOT TO RISE
Root to Rise is a 6-week guided yoga program designed to help you build consistency, confidence, and strength through regular practice in a supportive, structured environment. All yoga levels are welcome! This is not a “challenge.” It’s an invitation into rhythm - so you can create a steady yoga practice that actually feels sustainable. Program Dates: March 2 - April 12, 2026 (6 weeks) What’s Included: Unlimited yoga classes during the program dates Root to Rise passport (stamped after each class attended) Complimentary Rise tote Mats + props provided in studio (just come as you are) How It Works: Attend yoga classes throughout the 6-week program window Aim for 3–4 classes per week to build momentum and feel supported To complete the program, attend at least 3 classes per week Bring your passport to each class to receive a stamp Extra classes are always welcome and are recognized with special end-of-program gifts as a thank-you for your commitment This program focuses primarily on Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, with Restorative and other supportive classes available throughout the program as well.
