oin us for a cozy, hands-on Wellness Cooking and Mindful Eating experience where food, mindfulness, and community come together. We’ll slow down and savor the joy of cooking — from the chopping and stirring to the aromas filling the room. Together, we’ll prepare two nourishing soups while learning about the power of protein and how mindful preparation can be just as healing as mindful eating.
As we cook, we’ll share stories, talk about favorite recipes, and explore how different ingredients can transform a dish. Everyone will have the chance to taste and enjoy both soups, engage in meaningful conversation, and discover new ideas to bring home. To top it off, each participant will leave with a quart of homemade soup to nourish body and soul later on.
Our vegetarian soup is a Hearty Minestrone - a colorful blend of vegetables, beans, and wholesome grains — delicious, satisfying, and full of plant-based protein. Our non-vegetarian soup os Zuppa Toscana - a creamy, protein-rich Italian classic made with savory turkey sausage, tender potatoes, and fresh kale.
