This is an unlimited membership for three consecutive months at $95/month on auto draft credit/debit card. No cash payments.
This membership cannot be transferred ,or placed on hold more than one week in a three  month time period. Medical exemptions are permitted upon approval of management. Premature cancellation will resort in a fee of $200.
This membership will automatically rollover to the Elevate Monthly Unlimited Membership which will then allow you to go month to month at the $95/month. Two-week notice must be given to discontinue the Elevate Monthly Membership.
