Description
An aligned yoga practice offers us an integrated way to remain healthy and balanced in our physical bodies. Oftentimes yogis focus on flexibility over stability, yet alignment before range is important to create balance and prevent injury.
In this workshop, we will explore the movement of our physical bodies through yoga poses — where we may hold muscle weakness and tightness, and explore what key muscles stabilize our pelvis. In targeted actions, we will increase stability in our legs and spine, and improve our balance, as well as reduce the risk of falling as we age.
If you are looking to deepen your practice and develop the best techniques for strength and longevity, this workshop was designed for you!!
