This program delivers structured, comprehensive, progressive training, community support, and a clear path to race day readiness.
The Program:
10 Coached Weekly Sessions: A structured 10-week cycle starting mid-January. Sessions are on Saturdays (10:00 AM Beginner / 11:00 AM Advanced). The cycle culminates with a Full Simulation in Week 10.
“Couch to 8k” Plan: A prewritten beginner running plan is included with the package, immediately addressing the primary challenge of running in Hyrox.
Pacing Mastery: Learn and practice the endurance training principles needed for Hyrox. We teach you to pace correctly and train with intent—avoiding the common mistake of pushing too hard every day.
The APEX PWR Difference: We don't just focus on the strength minimums; we ensure you build the aerobic/endurance base required to complete the 60–90+ minute event without breaking down.
