Group Workouts that put an emphasis on finishing at the basket, as well as working on basketball specific agility!
We will split into age appropriate groups at the beginning of each session for 3rd/4th, 5th/6th and 7th/8th grade boys and girls.

These one hour group sessions will focus on developing and fine tuning basketball skills. An emphasis will be put on finishing at the basket, as well as footwork, basic agility, and strength drills. Perfect for youth players who are looking to get more repetitions.

This is a one day drop in price.  A lower price per session can be purchased by clicking our monthly enrollment!
