The whole family will enjoy practicing yoga with goats!  Goat yoga is both a physical and mental practice. The physical aspect of goat yoga is similar to any other yoga practice. You'll do poses like the downward dog, sun salutations, and warrior poses. The difference with goat yoga is that you'll be surrounded by playful furry friends while you practice!
