Welcome to The Space Delray!

Every Thursday we are offering our Guided Breathwork class for FREE! This includes 20-30 minutes of active breathing, expertly guided by our trained facilitators. 

Class times are 6:45am and 12:45pm.

Space is limited to 15 people. You must sign up online in order to attend.

This does NOT include cold plunge, sauna, or red light therapy. Cold Plunge/Sauna sessions may be purchased for $20 following the breathwork session.

Bring what you need to feel comfortable - eye mask, water bottle, blanket or towel. We have yoga mats, towels, water, here for your use.
