Sacred rest is an experience to help soothe the soul and relax the nervous system. It is a combination of yoga nidra, restorative yoga, reiki and sound healing. Ayanna will guide you through breath work and on a soft journey to release tension in the body and let the body soften. Blankets and pajamas encouraged.
