With today’s social media influencers, it’s hard to tell who to trust with your fitness goals and safety. Drawing on decades of experience and education as a trainer and strength coach, this class will teach you the how’s and why’s of strength training as we get older, using a variety of fitness equipment to get you strong for your daily life, all in a safe and fun environment. Specific focus on posture, balance, pelvic floor, core/midline endurance, stability and strength. All levels and abilities welcome. All exercises can be modified to meet you exactly where you’re at.
This fun and energetic class combines strength training and a HIIT workout woven throughout each class, using a variety of equipment to help build your cardiovascular health, bones, muscles and joints. Each class is different from week-to-week so you’ll never get bored which will keep you coming back for more! Every exercise can be modified to meet you exactly where you are.
